Todd Christopher

Todd brings more than 25 years’ worth of editorial and media production experience to NPCA, most of it with high-profile organizations devoted to protecting — and connecting people with — the natural world.

After cutting his teeth as an editor and producer during the heyday of America Online, he was the director of online media for the National Wildlife Federation’s educational programs and award-winning magazines (Ranger Rick, Your Big Backyard). He has also served as the editorial director of Conservation International. He joined NPCA in 2012.

His first book, The Green Hour: A Daily Dose of Nature for Happier, Healthier, Smarter Kids (Trumpeter/Random House) was “enthusiastically recommended” as a Library Journal starred review.
