Join Park Service members as they prepare to release Ridley Sea Turtle hatchlings at Malaquite Beach. Visitors should meet in front of the Visitor’s Center at 6am to receive important information for the releasing of the turtles. (You can visit the park’s website to see the current schedule for probable release dates; no pets, please.) Then, beginning at 9am, is the community Sea Turtle Festival! Join NPCA and other Texas National Parks at Malaquite Beach to learn, explore and enjoy activities for the whole family.
