Flip Sarta is an artist who is passionate about community, conservation, and compassion. He loves hosting events, creating connections, and making people feel welcome.
Most recently he hosted charity comics events for the LA LGBT Center and UNICEF. Flip is currently part of Audubon California’s inaugural Coastal Leadership Program, headed by Liliana Griego, as well as the Grow2Zero Future Urban Farmer’s Academy. Originally coming from Upstate New York, his transition to life in LA was difficult at first. Through the nature (and his friend), he has found the parts of LA that feel like home, and finds joy in sharing that through art.
