Tim is the Midwest Field Representative in NPCA's office in Chicago where he works to protect national parks across the Midwest. Through this work, Tim cooperates with NPCA's partners in the Calumet region of Northwest Indiana and Chicago to protect and restore Indiana Dunes National Park, Pullman National Historical Park, and the natural areas in between.

Before joining NPCA in 2022, Tim attended the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and the College at the University of Chicago. He has experience working in state government, on political campaigns, and at the U.S. Department of the Interior.

Though he now lives in Chicago, Tim grew up in Minnesota, just a few miles from the Saint Croix National Scenic Riverway. In his free time, he enjoys running, biking, and paddling wherever and whenever he can.
