Lynn came to NPCA in 2007 to launch the Midwest office in Chicago. As the Regional Director, she leads protection of more than 50 national parks in NPCA’s largest region.
Lynn loves the diversity of the Midwest parks: from Cuyahoga Valley to the Black Hills of Mount Rushmore, and from the region’s many historic sites south side to the dunes and swales of the Great Lakes national parks. Lynn has long advocated for the Great Lakes and its parks and wildlife as co-chair of the Healing our Waters Coalition, which has secured billions in federal funding for Great Lakes restoration and water quality. She co-leads NPCA’s Transportation and Wildlife Teams, both of which work deeply on the systemic issues and opportunities across our national parks. And since it’s hard to choose one favorite, Lynn favors the historic landscape at Pullman National Monument and the rolling hills and prairie at Wind Cave National Park.
