As the Energy and Public Lands Policy Manager for the Government Affairs team, Charlie advocates for a clean energy transition on public lands and waters as well as policies to help protect and preserve parks.

He holds a degree in Environmental Studies from the State University of New York, College at Plattsburgh. Prior to joining NPCA, Charlie worked on energy policy for the House Natural Resources Committee. At NPCA, Charlie covers a portfolio including Hardrock Mining, Critical Mineral, Wildfire and Forestry, and Offshore Wind.

A huge fan of public transit, bike rides, and long hikes in Rock Creek Park. You can find Charlie with his beagle Mia in the parks across Washington, DC.
