Cara Monaco lives in Louisville, Kentucky, with her beagle Taco. Cara is passionate about the outdoors, especially advocating accessibility to the outdoors for all through education, opportunity and conservation.
She is the Food Procurement Manager at Dare to Care Food Bank and has worked in the nonprofit field for 10 years. Outside of her career, you can find Cara tending to her houseplants, kayaking, traveling, and watching basketball. She has had the privilege to visit over 50 National Park sites and National Forests and hopes to continue to explore our nation’s landscape.
