I’ve had so many friends who have come to Yosemite tell me how amazing this place is. I decided that it’s finally time that I go see it for myself. The long drive there was totally worth it. The way up itself was beautiful; the smell of pine trees and fresh air, as well as seeing all the different wildlife. The closer we got to the park, the more I felt like I was in a different world. The scenery was something that I had only ever seen in photographs. I really couldn’t believe how magnificent the mountains were. My husband and I hiked the entire day, just taking it all in. I can’t wait to come back again and hopefully next time I will be at the top of Half Dome! #SFSU
