I have visited twice first on my honeymoon in 1995 and then again in 1999 when I took my son. This first trip I fell in love and was awed by the pure beauty in this park, it inspired me to my current career as a zookeeper educating kids and everyone I meet. We must protect these places for the future children, my son still remembers the grizzly we saw take a elk, the beautiful bison roaming, and the moose that we waited patiently to view from the car. I dream of returning one day, but for now I seek other parts of NA I have not had the pleasure to view in person.
Sincerely,
Yellowstone National Park

The park has 60% of the world’s geysers, as well as hot springs and mud pots. It is also home to diverse wildlife with the largest concentration of mammals in the Lower 48 states, including grizzly bears, wolves, bison and elk.
