When I was 8 years old my parents decided to move from California to Michigan. We had a moving company take our belongings, while we drove across the U.S.A. The goal was to see as many natural wonders and National Parks as possible on the way across! We stopped at DisneyLand before leaving the state, then headed North to Oregon, then Washington, making our way to the Great Salt Lake, and Yosemite National Park, Then on to Yelowstone and south to New Mexico, then we meandered North to Michigan… It took all summer, it has stuck with me all my life, Best memory a small boy could ever have! Our National Parks are our treasures, NO other country has these, but us!
Sincerely,
Yosemite National Park
