Greetings from Lake Mead National Recreation Area

This is not just for lake mead but also red rock canyon and mount charleston. These are my places of serenity especially growing up fishing hiking and camping in all of them. Then I went to the marine corps in the 2000s and went to Iraq. When I came back my ptsd kick my butt. I found rock climbing and snowboarding and it saved my life and all the people that helped with that are the people or true hero’s of the national parks. I thank them every time I go into the parks or the rec areas

Sincerely,
Sean
