Annual Appalachian Trail Day

On Saturday, October 19, bring your whole family to enjoy fall along the Appalachian Trail.

We invite you to discover the natural wonders of the Appalachian Trail by participating in guided or self-guided hikes, native plant walks, arts and crafts, and a raffle. Attend the morning award ceremony to hear how our partners are introducing new audiences to the Appalachian Trail in upstate NY.

WHEN: Saturday, October 19, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

WHERE: Native Landscapes, 991 Route 22, Pawling, NY

WHO: This is a family-friendly event. All are welcome.

OTHER: This event is accessible by train. Take the Metro-North Harlem Line to the Appalachian Trail train stop. Free parking is available nearby. Leashed dogs are welcome. Enjoy fresh apple cider and lunch items for sale from local food truck vendors. Local produce and fresh preserves available for purchase from nearby farms and community exhibitors. Free t-shirts will be give to the first 50 guests!
