Donations from Retirement Plans
You may designate NPCA as the beneficiary of a company pension or profit-sharing plan or a private fund such as an IRA, Keogh, 401(k) or other qualified pension plan. NPCA may be listed as beneficiary of the entire account, a percentage of the account or as the final beneficiary after your death or that of another beneficiary. The proceeds of these plans are distributed outside of probate and entirely free from federal estate tax when given to NPCA.
The beneficiary designation form for your retirement plan will ask you to list NPCA's legal name, address, and tax identification number. This information is as follows:
National Parks Conservation Association
1300 19th St., N.W., Suite 300
Washington, DC 20036
